Binova Technologies is committed to protecting user privacy. As a user of the Fluentian app or website, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This page outlines the step-by-step deletion procedures, categories of deleted and retained data, and retention periods in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

To protect user accounts from unauthorized deletion, web requests require identity verification via an Email Verification Code (OTP) or Google Sign-In.

Steps to Request Account & Data Deletion

Option 1: Request Deletion In-App (Immediate)

  1. 1Open the Fluentian mobile app on your Android device.
  2. 2Go to Profile / Settings.
  3. 3Tap 'Privacy & Account' → select 'Delete My Account'.
  4. 4Confirm deletion. Account access and associated personal data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Submit a Web Request (Without Reinstalling App)
With OTP Code or Google Auth

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log into your account, submit a deletion request below or email fluentian@binovatechnologies.com from your registered email address. Web requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

Data Types That Are Permanently Deleted
  • Account & Profile Data: Registered email address, username, display name, hashed password, bio, and profile photo.
  • Learning History & Progress: Lesson completion records, placement test responses, quiz scores, XP totals, streaks, hearts, and SRS review cards.
  • Social & Communication Data: Friends list, accountability partner connections, social room chat history, challenge records, and safety reports.
  • Device & Technical Identifiers: Firebase FCM push notification device tokens, application settings, and preference data.
Data Types That Are Kept & Retention Periods
  • System Security & Fraud Prevention Logs: Infrastructure error and security access logs retained strictly for system defense, security audits, and fraud prevention for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently purged.
  • Legal Obligations: Minimal administrative transaction records required under applicable laws are retained only for the mandatory statutory period before deletion.
