These terms govern your use of Fluentian, a French-learning application operated by Binova Technologies, including the mobile app, this website, and related services. By creating an account or using Fluentian, you agree to these terms.
1.Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fluentian. One account per person; do not share your account or impersonate someone else.
2.Plans, payments and refunds
Fluentian offers a free plan and optional paid plans (Plus and Pro). Paid plans are bought on our website and paid through Chapa (Telebirr, CBE Birr or card). Each purchase is a single payment for a week or a month at the price shown before you pay; it does not renew automatically. All payments are final and non-refundable, including when you stop using Fluentian, delete your account, or move to a different plan. When you upgrade from Plus to Pro, the unused Plus time is converted into Pro time rather than refunded. If a payment fails or you are charged twice by mistake, contact fluentian@binovatechnologies.com and we will put it right. What each plan includes may change; changes that reduce a plan apply only to passes bought after the change.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, harass, or send unsafe content to other learners in social or live-speaking features; misuse the AI tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Fluentian's systems; or use Fluentian for any unlawful purpose. Reported or blocked behavior may result in restricted access or account suspension.
4.Live speaking and social features
Speaking rooms, calls, and social features connect you with other learners. Be respectful. You can report or block other users from within the app; reports are reviewed and may result in account action. Fluentian does not intentionally record or store call audio or video.
5.Content and intellectual property
Lessons, exercises, audio, and other course materials are owned by Binova Technologies or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell course content. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Fluentian a license to use it to operate and improve the service.
6.Disclaimers
Fluentian is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, or that the service will be error-free.
7.Termination
You may stop using Fluentian and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & account → Delete my account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8.Changes and contact
